Description:

At Changi Airports International Pte Ltd (CAI), people are at the heart of what we do. As we our global footprint and partner clients around the world, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about building a high-performing organisation through thoughtful people strategies and competitive rewards.

Reporting to the Director & Head, Human Resources, this is a high-impact individual contributor role that offers the best of both worlds - the opportunity to lead the Company's Compensation & Benefits agenda while partnering leaders on strategic HR initiatives that shape the future of our organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, influence key people decisions, and contribute to initiatives that have a tangible impact on our organisation. In our lean HR team, you will enjoy broad exposure, significant ownership and the autonomy to turn ideas into action. If you are looking for a role where your expertise will be valued, your ideas welcomed and your work will make a real difference, we would love to meet you.

What You Will Do

a) Lead Our Compensation & Rewards Strategy

You will take ownership of CAI's Compensation & Benefits portfolio, ensuring our rewards programmes remain competitive, equitable and aligned with business priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the Company's annual salary review, promotion and performance bonus exercise.

Developing, reviewing and enhancing compensation and rewards policies, frameworks and practices to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

Conducting market benchmarking and remuneration analyses to support competitive pay practices.

Partnering business leaders on job evaluation, grading and compensation proposals.

Reviewing and recommending enhancements to employee benefits.

Leveraging workforce and compensation data to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.

Driving continuous improvements to our rewards practices while ensuring strong governance and compliance.

b) Partner Leaders to Drive Organisational Success

Beyond rewards, you will work closely with senior leaders as a trusted HR partner to deliver strategic people solutions. You will:

Partner business leaders on a broad spectrum of HR matters, including organisation design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development and employee engagement.

Lead and contribute to HR transformation and organisation-wide initiatives.

Support review of HR policies, frameworks and programmes that strengthen organisational effectiveness.

Champion process improvements and digitalisation initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.

Support organisational change and business transformation efforts.

Provide sound and practical advice on employee relations and people matters.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who enjoys thinking strategically but is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

You will bring:

A degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related discipline.

8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise and hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits.

Hands-on experience leading annual salary reviews, bonus and promotion exercises.

Strong knowledge of remuneration frameworks, compensation design, salary benchmarking, job evaluation and rewards practices.

Experience managing HR projects and driving process improvements.

Strong analytical capability with confidence in interpreting data and translating insights into recommendations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and HR analytics.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels.

High standards of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

Experience in consulting, aviation or project-based organisations will be an advantage.
