Process Manager (Lithography)
About the role
Lead lithography process capability and continuous improvement initiatives to meet manufacturing quality and yield targets.
Drive process stability, defect reduction, and yield improvement for wafer fabrication lithography operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including NPI, Manufacturing, Equipment, and Yield to support production ramp and productivity improvement.
Provide technical leadership for lithography process control, troubleshooting, and resolution of process-related issues.
Lead resource planning and capability development to strengthen the lithography engineering team.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least 7 years of experience in wafer fab lithography process engineering.
Strong technical knowledge in lithography processes including overlay, CD control, exposure, and defect management.
Proven ability to lead engineering teams and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
