Quality Engineer (3bnWZD)

About the Roles

This is a permanent Quality Engineer role in the precision engineering sector, based in Ang Mo Kio, operating on a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:20AM–6:00PM). The position offers a competitive package comprising a basic salary with performance bonus, and focuses on supporting high standards of quality in a manufacturing environment while ensuring compliance with industry requirements and continuous improvement of quality systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain and enhance the company’s Quality Management System to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness

Support and coordinate AS9100 and Nadcap audit preparation activities, including documentation readiness

Manage First Article Inspection (FAI / AS9102) submissions and related verification processes

Investigate quality issues arising from customers, suppliers, incoming materials, in-process production, and outgoing shipments

Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal production teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions

Prepare, update, and maintain quality documentation, including NCMR, CAR, Quality Alerts, audit reports, inspection records, procedures, and inspection instructions

Conduct internal audits and track corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure and effectiveness

Oversee calibration schedules for inspection and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance

Review quality data and propose improvements to enhance product and process quality performance

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related discipline

3 to 5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of AS9100 standards is required

Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings

Familiarity with GD&T, First Article Inspection (FAI / AS9102), NCMR, CAR, internal audits, and customer quality requirements

Experience in precision machining, aerospace, or manufacturing environments will be advantageous

Exposure to Nadcap audit processes will be an added advantage
