Here at GXO, we're looking for a talented Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Fashion & Apparel operation in Rushden, supporting one of the world's most recognisable retail brands, Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F). Home to iconic brands including Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister and Gilly Hicks, A&F is known for delivering quality fashion products to customers across the globe. As a First Line Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation, leading a team to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence and continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is a full-time permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday, 06:00 to 14:00

We’re looking to offer a salary of £33,259.20 with 33 days annual leave (inc bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve operational and customer service targets

Monitor KPIs, productivity and quality metrics, driving improvements where required

Investigate and resolve operational issues to maintain service excellence

Work collaboratively with inventory, operational and support teams to achieve site objectives

Champion health and safety, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Previous experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics or operational environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience using WMS and Microsoft Office, alongside a good understanding of operational processes

A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering results
