HR Executive (Recruitment and Compliance)

Job Summary

One of the fast growing QSR (Quick Service Restuarant) in Bengaluru is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, statutory compliance, Recruitment, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong compliance knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in handling Operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer issuance, and onboarding for corporate and outlet manpower requirements.

Ensure timely closure of vacancies in coordination with department heads and restaurant managers.

Maintain employee records, personal files, HRMS, and all HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, including Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Maintain statutory registers, employee records, and documentation required for internal and external audits and labour inspections.

Coordinate with the Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate employee data and statutory compliance.

Prepare and submit periodic HR reports, including recruitment status, manpower, attrition, and compliance MIS.

Support employee engagement initiatives, address routine HR queries, and assist in implementing HR policies and disciplinary procedures.

Perform any other HR, recruitment, or compliance-related responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager or Management from time to time.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
