Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests courteously and assist them in seating as per restaurant standards.

Present the menu, explain dishes when required, and accurately record and communicate customer orders to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained.

Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests, resolving basic concerns, and escalating issues to the Captain or Manager when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, tables, cutlery, crockery, and equipment at all times.

Prepare tables before service and clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently after guests leave.

Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company SOPs, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Coordinate effectively with kitchen, billing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Support restaurant opening, closing, inventory handling, and other operational activities as assigned.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Captain, Restaurant Manager, or Management to ensure efficient restaurant operations and excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
