Marketing Sales Executive - B2C Sales ( Field sales)
About the role
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Process sales transactions accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Assist with merchandising, product displays, and promotional activities.
Ensure shelves and display areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the Store Manager.
Participate in stock receiving, stock counts, and inventory management.
Maintain knowledge of current products, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
Follow company policies related to cash handling, security, and customer service.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
Maintain a positive, professional appearance and uphold the company's brand image.

Good product presentation and demonstration abilities.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Willing to do Field sales/lead generation
