Data Analyst (with focus on AI)

Role purpose

We are looking to add to the Analytics team a profile 100% focused on data analysis and business impact, with a strong sensitivity towards the world of applied Artificial Intelligence, capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement, and clearly communicating conclusions in an executive manner to different stakeholders.

We are not looking for a purely academic or AI research profile, but for someone who knows how to use AI as a lever to elevate analysis quality, accelerate insight generation, and improve decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities with direct business impact.

Generate actionable insights by connecting technical metrics with business KPIs and strategic objectives.

Apply AI / advanced analytics techniques (predictive models, clustering, analysis automation, insight generation, etc.) with a practical, results-oriented approach.

Drive continuous improvement by proposing hypotheses, tests, and data-driven recommendations.

Design and create executive presentations (slides, dashboards, one-pagers) for committees and senior stakeholders, with clear, structured, and decision-oriented messaging.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, technology, operations, business), acting as a bridge between data and decision-making.

Explore and propose new use cases of AI applied to data analysis, maintaining a pragmatic innovation mindset.

Profile we are looking for

Degree in quantitative fields: Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.

Strong experience in data analysis and interpretation of business KPIs.

Knowledge and practical experience with analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI / Tableau or similar).

Interest and experience in applying AI techniques and advanced models, always with a business focus (not an academic profile).

High ability to synthesize complex information and convert it into clear messages for non-technical audiences.

Experience creating executive presentations and presenting conclusions to senior stakeholders.

Continuous improvement mindset, critical thinking, and impact orientation.

Strong communication skills, autonomy, and an end-to-end vision of data.

Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+), with experience working in international and cross-functional environments

Nice to have

Experience using AI to automate analysis, generate insights, or improve analytical efficiency.

Knowledge of cloud environments, large-scale data management, or analytical pipelines.

Previous experience in product, operations, or business environments.

Ability to prioritize and focus analysis on what truly drives impact.
