We are an AWS Generative AI Competency Partner, delivering AI and integrated software for Tier One Australian enterprises across mining, energy, finance, healthcare, and government. We build production-grade software, not prototypes that go nowhere.

Mandatory Skills

5+ years of mobile development experience.

React Native — strong, production-grade expertise.

Flutter — strong, production-grade expertise.

Full App Store and Google Play Store release cycle, including provisioning profiles, signing certificates, and store listings.

Technical Skills

State management — Redux, MobX.

RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.

Deep linking and universal links.

Offline-first architecture and local storage — SQLite, Hive, AsyncStorage.

Performance optimisation — lazy loading, memory management, render performance.

CI/CD pipelines for mobile — Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions.

Unit, integration, and UI testing — Jest, Detox, Flutter Test.

Version control — Git and branching strategies.

Good to Have

Swift for native iOS development.

Kotlin for native Android development.

In-app purchases and subscription management.

Firebase suite — Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config.

WebSocket or real-time data integration.

Bonus Points

Backend development experience in Node.js or Python.

Hands-on use of AI tools or integration of AI and ML features in mobile apps.

Experience with on-device ML — TensorFlow Lite or Core ML.
