About our Hiring Sprint

We've compressed our usual hiring process into a single fast-track as we look for ambitious Product Designers.

Here’s how our Hiring Sprint works:

Apply before 19 July

If selected, you’ll receive home task instructions

Attend our optional webinar on 15 July about home task best practices

Pass the home task and a recruiter will call to review Hiring Sprint details

Participate in our Hiring Sprint on 31 July - 3 interviews in one day

Get a final decision the next day

Our Hiring Sprint consists of Design Live Challenge, Bar Raiser, and Team Fit interviews. If selected and matched to a team during the Hiring Sprint, you'll receive an offer within 24 hours.

What you'll be doing

Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needs

Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success

Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features

Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes

Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops

Implementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviews

Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it

What you'll need

3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house

A portfolio featuring examples of product design work

Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and/or web platforms

The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions

A solid understanding of technical implications in their design decisions

The ability to take ownership of design processes

A focus on UX and an understanding of human behaviour

Clean visual design sense

Skills in typography and grids

Nice to have

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related technical field

Experience programming and the ability to code simple prototypes

Expertise in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems

Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation range

Krakow: PLN21,000 - PLN30,000 gross monthly

Poland: PLN21,000 - PLN30,000 gross monthly

Lithuania: €3,700 - €5,800 gross monthly*

Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
