HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements from department managers.

Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Conduct reference and background checks as required.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (entry-level candidates with relevant internships may also apply).

Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
