Marconix is hiring energetic and ambitious Marketing Managers to promote our fast-growing EdTech solutions across colleges, schools, coaching institutes, and educational organizations in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities
Visit colleges, schools, coaching centres, universities, and educational institutions across Bengaluru.
Meet Principals, Directors, Correspondents, HODs, Placement Officers, Teachers, and decision-makers.
Generate institutional leads and schedule business meetings.
Build long-term relationships with educational institutions.
Promote our EdTech products and student solutions.
Coordinate campus marketing activities, awareness campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
Work closely with internal marketing and operations teams.
Submit daily activity reports and weekly progress updates.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and events.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
Confident in meeting clients and conducting face-to-face discussions.
Passion for sales, marketing, and business development.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to travel across Bengaluru for client meetings.
Good planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, B.Com, BBM, Commerce, Management, or any graduate.
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with internships or experience in Marketing, Business Development, Field Sales, Campus Ambassador, Brand Promotion, Event Marketing, or Educational Marketing will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
