Position: Sales Executive Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the cement, steel, building materials, or paint industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and retail customers.
Generate new business opportunities and the customer base.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market visits to identify new prospects and monitor competitor activities.
Promote company products and provide product information to customers.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer orders.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years in the cement, steel, building materials, or paint industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and sales channels.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valid driving license preferred.
Salary : Upto 25K
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
