Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our enterprise data team. The role focuses on source data analysis, data profiling, data quality assessment, and mapping source data into enterprise target structures. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Data Engineers to support large-scale enterprise data transformation programs while ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data profiling and exploratory data analysis.
Analyze source system data structures and business content.
Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps.
Define data domains and classify source data elements.
Map source data attributes to target enterprise schemas.
Support data cleansing and transformation activities.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Data Engineers.
Create data analysis documentation and reports.
Required Skills
4–6 years of data analysis experience.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with data profiling.
Experience analyzing SAP/ERP datasets.
Experience analyzing CRM datasets.
Knowledge of data quality concepts.
Experience supporting enterprise data transformation programs.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Healthcare domain experience.
