This role leads test design and execution across unit, integration, SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing for all use cases and connectors, ensuring the platform meets the required quality and readiness standards. You will hold accountability across defect management, UAT coordination with business stakeholders, and formal go-live readiness sign-off.
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in Europe or Latin America (LATAM), provided they can operate during standard European business hours.
What you will do:
Test Strategy & Execution
Design and own the end-to-end test strategy for the IGA/PAM programme, covering unit, integration, SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing.
UAT & Stakeholder Management
Lead UAT management in coordination with business stakeholders, including managers, application owners and approvers.
Coordinate testing cycles and communicate results and risks clearly to technical and business audiences.
Defect Management & Go-Live Readiness
Manage the defect lifecycle end-to-end, establishing agreed resolution criteria with delivery and business teams.
Build and own the go-live readiness checklist and drive the formal sign-off process ahead of production release.
Tools & Technologies:
IGA Platforms: Hands-on testing experience with SailPoint or Saviynt (no formal platform certification required).
Enterprise Systems: Integration testing across HR, directory and ITSM connectors (e.g., ServiceNow).
What you bring:
Experience: Demonstrated background designing test strategy for IGA / identity programmes.
Integration Testing: Proven experience designing integration tests for HR, directory and ITSM connectors.
UAT Leadership: Strong track record managing UAT cycles directly with business stakeholders (managers, application owners, approvers).
Defect Management: Practical experience running a defect management process with clearly defined resolution criteria.
Go-Live Governance: Experience building go-live readiness checklists and leading formal sign-off processes.
Location & Availability: Must be based in Europe or LATAM with the ability to consistently work within the European time zone.
Nice if you have:
Performance Testing: Experience with performance and load testing for large-scale certification campaigns.
JML Automation: Experience testing end-to-end Joiner-Mover-Leaver automation (Workday event provisioning reconciliation).
PAM Testing: Experience testing PAM components (vaulting, JIT access, session recording).
