Your Mission

As a Solution Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and account teams. You will lead discovery, design impactful solutions, and demonstrate how Cellebrite’s platform drives measurable operational outcomes across investigative workflows.

This role is based in Italy, supporting the Italian region, with travel of approximately 50–70%.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Discovery & Solution Design

Lead end-to-end discovery to understand investigative workflows, technical environments, and customer priorities.

Translate requirements into solution architectures across on-prem, SaaS, and hybrid environments.

Align Cellebrite capabilities to operational needs across the investigation lifecycle.

Demonstrations & Technical Leadership

Deliver compelling demos, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.

Advise on integrations, data flows, security, and performance in complex environments.

Identify risks early and provide clear mitigation strategies.

Strategic Accounts & Value Realisation

Partner with Account Executives to define account strategy and expansion opportunities.

Lead Technical Business Reviews (TBRs) to track adoption, outcomes, and future plans.

Analyse workflows and position end-to-end case-to-closure (C2C) solutions.

Identify risks and drive proactive mitigation across strategic accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

Ensure strong handover from pre-sales to post-sales with clear success criteria.

Market Engagement

Represent Cellebrite at industry events and customer engagements.

Contribute to demos, playbooks, and sales enablement materials.

Stay current on trends across digital investigations, cloud, and AI.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or similar).

Experience designing and delivering complex software solutions (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid). Experience working with law enforcement, public safety, or government customers.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Solid technical foundation in Windows/Linux, networking, security, and cloud platforms.

Strong analytical mindset, linking technical solutions to business and mission outcomes.

Fluency in English and Italian is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred

Background in digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative workflows.

Experience with AI or automation in operational environments. Exposure to Customer Success or Product organisations.

Relevant certifications in cloud, security, or digital forensics.
