Plan and coordinate weekly maintenance activities and smaller outages to optimise plant performance
Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements and responding to incidents as needed
Troubleshoot plant issues, support reporting and drive reliability and availability outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, reporting, and input into maintenance planning and budgets
Your experience
Trade-qualified (electrical or mechanical) with experience in power generation or a similar heavy industry
Proven experience in a supervisory, leading hand or team leadership capacity
Strong understanding of plant operations, maintenance and planning/scheduling practices
Experience working with permit systems and maintenance or asset management systems
Collaborative, safety-focused and approachable, with the ability to build trust and lead effectively on site
