Responsibilities
Identify and engage new clients to the customer base and manage their end-to-end journey for sustained satisfaction
Build and sustain strong client relationships through direct, face-to-face interactions to enhance loyalty and retention
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and market reach
Provide leadership and guidance to team members to align efforts and achieve collective business development and marketing goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client engagement
