THE ROLE

As a Logistics Intern you will learn and support all the logistics processes of an international organization specialized in a dynamic retail industry, based in Madrid.

Essential functions of the role will be:

Global retail fulfilment and distribution coordination support for B2C and B2B channels. You will also liaise with the 3PL warehousing teams and carriers.

Import, Export and Customs documentation related to national and international shipments.

Data reconciliation across systems and issues resolution.

Identify logistic issues & process gaps, and develop solutions.

Assisting on stock control processes, as discrepancies identification & analysis.

Logistic KPI´s elaboration and reporting.

Main projects you will be working on:

Real Madrid Jersey Launch - between May-September 2026.

Main responsibilities:

Logistics plan maintenance and monitoring

Testing support

Inbound monitoring

Order reconciliation support

Hypercare support and Launch shipping expenses review

Freight Tender launch with 20 partners in June 2026.

Main responsibilities:

Transportation process and requirement documentation

Preparation and participation in the Face to Face negotiation meetings

Freight proposals input for Management analysis and assessment

Testing support

Implementation support

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Ongoing Logistics degree/master required.

Analytic and detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.

Data-Driven mindset.

Good level of English and Spanish.

Desirable:

Problem solving skills.

Interest in process automatization and ERP systems.
