What you move

You will work in culturally diverse and geographically distributed locations with two teams, interacting with other DevOps and Platform engineers and the Product Owners.

You will play a key role in our agile DevOps teams to remove barriers and help the team focus on continuously delivering value in short iterations.

You will lead the agile ceremonies, ensuring a culture of transparent and honest feedback and lifelong learning.

You will drive build-in quality with your experience in computer science.

In addition, you participate in ART & Value Stream level to drive improvements.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Coordinate activities across business, product, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Track projects resource allocation and overall project health.

Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.

You are already living in the Netherlands (no relocation provided)

SAFe Scrum Master certification

Minimum of two years as Scrum Master/Project Manager

Technical background and Scripting knowledge are a must-have

Background in computer science or equivalent working experience

Agile mindset and ability to coach team members

Flexibility and commitment to continuous improvement

Team-oriented, communicative, motivational, and resilient personality

Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, preferably in an international environment

Excellent English skills

Experience with AWS is an advantage

Allowances

200 euros per month Telephone/internet allowance

Contract terms

To begin with you will receive a fixed term contract (one year), after 6 months of your employment with us, after a feedback meeting with the team, there is a possibility of extending the contract

The salary ranges mentioned in our Job Descriptions are base annual gross salaries including the 8% holiday allowance

The base salary range for this role is between 60k to 70k euros gross per year
