We are seeking a Training Centre Manager to lead operations at an Education & Training Institution located in Lavender. This is a permanent position offering a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm) with a Basic Salary + Variable Bonus structure. The role involves steering the overall performance of the training centre, ensuring strong regulatory compliance, driving enrolment growth, and delivering a high-quality learner experience from onboarding through to completion.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide strategic direction for the academy, aligning operations with organisational goals, regulatory obligations, and growth priorities
Build, lead, and develop academic, training, sales, and administrative teams to strengthen performance and accountability
Manage overall centre operations to ensure smooth daily functioning and an excellent end-to-end learner journey
Ensure adherence to CPE, EduTrust, SSG, WSQ, student contract administration, and other required compliance and quality standards
Plan and coordinate course schedules, trainer deployment, and resource allocation to maximise operational efficiency
Establish and maintain a strong quality assurance system, including trainer evaluations, learner feedback, and continuous improvement efforts
Drive enrolment growth by tracking sales performance, managing pipelines, and improving conversion outcomes
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute B2C and B2B recruitment strategies and corporate partnerships
Promote SkillsFuture funding schemes, SSG grants, and SkillsFuture Credit to support learner acquisition strategies
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, expenditure control, and P&L accountability
Partner with the Academic and Examination Board to ensure curriculum relevance, assessment integrity, educator approvals, and compliance with SSG, CPE, and WSQ requirements
What We’re Looking For
A Degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in a training centre, Private Education Institution (PEI), adult learning, or continuing education environment
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing operations, teams, and financial or P&L responsibilities
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s private education regulatory framework, including CPE, EduTrust, SSG, WSQ frameworks, and SkillsFuture funding schemes
Proven track record in achieving enrolment, revenue, operational, or business growth targets
Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging regulators, corporate partners, learners, and internal teams

Compensation
This Other role pays $102k-$120k/yr. Within typical range for other roles in Singapore.
