About the Roles
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential building projects based in Tuas. This is a permanent position with a 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; Sat half-day), offering a competitive salary package with allowances and variable bonus. This role is ideal for professionals looking to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery while working in a dynamic construction environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate project activities with subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Oversee site operations across structural, architectural, building, M&E, and interior fitting works.
Drive project execution to meet timelines, budget targets, quality standards, and client expectations.
Prepare, review, and present project documentation including reports, proposals, and updates.
Evaluate contractor performance to ensure compliance with project goals and specifications.
Manage post-completion processes, including defect rectification and improvement works.
Enforce and uphold quality, safety, and environmental management systems on-site.
Support additional project-related tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline with at least 7–8 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects; OR Diploma in a related field (e.g., Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying) with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
Strong capabilities in project planning, coordination, and execution.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver within tight project timelines.
Certifications such as SCDP or CCPP will be advantageous.
