Project Manager(P&S)

Job Responsibilities

Manage Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for new build projects including HDB, Condominium and Commercial developments.

Plan, coordinate and oversee project execution from commencement to completion.

Manage project schedule, manpower allocation, subcontractors and site activities to ensure timely project delivery.

Liaise with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients and relevant authorities on project matters.

Attend site meetings, technical meetings and coordination meetings.

Review project drawings, specifications and method statements.

Monitor project progress, quality, safety and compliance with contract requirements.

Ensure all P&S works comply with PUB, BCA and relevant statutory requirements.

Resolve technical and site issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project cost and variation works in coordination with the QS team.

Ensure projects are completed within budget, quality standards and timeline.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 1 years of project management experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works.

Proven experience managing new build projects such as HDB, Condominium and Commercial developments.

Experience working with P&S subcontractors in Singapore is preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction drawings, project coordination and site management.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and project management software.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
