About the role

The Product Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of brand strategies for assigned product(s). The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, market access, medical, regulatory, finance, and legal/compliance, to ensure successful product launch and lifecycle management of innovative product(s).

The role requires the ability to analyze market data and identify key trends, lead forecasting activities, develop pricing and market positioning strategies, and provide product training and support to the sales team. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of local Singapore regulations and pharmaceutical industry trends, particularly within the oncology / haematology space, together with excellent communication and leadership skills.

The role also requires strong partnership management capabilities, with a focus on working collaboratively with alliance partners to align on shared business objectives for the assigned product(s). The Product Manager is expected to facilitate effective cross-company coordination, support joint planning and decision-making, and ensure the consistent execution of agreed strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the development and execution of the brand plan and strategic priorities for assigned product(s).

Generate and synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights to inform launch strategy, customer engagement, and business planning.

Develop and implement launch and in-market initiatives to drive product adoption, sales, and market share growth.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, market access and policy, medical affairs, regulatory, finance, supply chain, and legal/compliance, to ensure launch readiness and successful execution.

Collaborate effectively with alliance partners to align on shared business objectives, support joint planning, and drive coordinated execution of launch priorities.

Manage the product lifecycle across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases, including launch planning, readiness tracking, and execution of key commercial initiatives.

Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to support launch execution and business performance.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to generate insights and optimize launch and in-market strategies.

Build and manage effective relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and relevant external stakeholders to support product strategy and launch objectives.

Ensure all product-related activities are executed in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline

At least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical commercial or marketing role within the oncology/haematology field

Demonstrated product launch experience, including pre-launch planning, launch readiness, and post-launch execution in Singapore

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and healthcare systems

Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and within a cross-functional team environment; prior experience in alliance management would be advantageous.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful product brand plans and commercial strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applications/platforms relevant to pharmaceutical commercial operations
