CSA Site Manager (Externals) - Mission Critical

Location: Berlin, Germany Salary: €100,000 - €110,000 + Package

Overview

We are seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager (Externals) to join a large-scale mission-critical construction project in Berlin. The successful candidate will take ownership of all external works packages, including groundworks, drainage, civils infrastructure, roads, and utilities, ensuring safe and successful delivery in line with programme, quality, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of all external works packages across civils and infrastructure works.

Manage subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams.

Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Coordinate closely with CSA, Structural, MEP, and Client teams.

Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and provide regular updates to project management.

Drive Health & Safety compliance across all external works activities.

Requirements

Trade background or relevant construction qualification.

Minimum 7+ years' experience delivering large-scale construction projects.

Strong experience overseeing civils, infrastructure, groundworks, drainage, and external works packages.

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams on complex projects.

Experience within mission-critical, data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or similar large-scale construction environments.

Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
