Join Bayer Crop Science as a Process Engineer and drive real impact. At our Pinkenba site, you’ll lead process improvements, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance. Do something that moves you.

Assess current manufacturing process performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Management of Change (MOC) and project management methodologies

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver process improvement outcomes

Support other project leaders as an active project team member, contributing technical expertise

Ensure process integrity and compliance with all local, regulatory, and site requirements

Investigate and resolve process issues, implementing effective CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Actions)

Analyse process data, identify key measurement points, and use insights to inform decision-making

Develop and implement best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and product quality

Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial, Chemical, or related discipline)

3+ years’ post-graduate experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment

Demonstrated project management experience

CAD/AutoCAD skills (desirable)

Strong technical capability with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Agile leadership capability, demonstrating visionary, architect, catalyst, and coaching attributes

Proven ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and drive outcomes

Innovative mindset with the ability to introduce and implement new ideas collaboratively

High adaptability, with a flexible approach to change and continuous improvement
