Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver digital services tailored to user needs.
Participate in field research, user interviews, and solution design to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Build, test, and deploy features that enhance government platforms, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
Support solution deployment and contribute to reusable components for ongoing development.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and onboard new team members smoothly.
Work across multiple projects, adapting to evolving user and business needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, human-centered design principles, and data practices.
Capable of participating in research, design, and technical discovery activities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience working within government or large-scale digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of service design, data analytics, and cloud-based platforms.
Prior contributions to reusable open-source components or libraries.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
At least three years of full-stack development experience, with a track record of delivering digital solutions.
