Talent Acquisition Specialist – Johnsons Cars, Solihull

Due to continued growth across our business, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding Recruitment team based in Solihull.

Hybrid Working – Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles within the business

Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates using job boards, social media and direct search

Sifting and shortlisting applications for all roles

Help to build talent pipelines for future recruitment needs

Creating engaging job adverts and promoting vacancies across multiple platforms

Delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Supporting with recruitment projects

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in internal recruitment or with a recruitment Agency

Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once

A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail

Automotive recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Solihull (West Midlands)
