Sr. Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Web Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain secure, high-quality web applications for federal government clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with modern web development technologies, Microsoft platforms, Drupal, SharePoint, cloud-based solutions, and DevOps practices. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused applications while providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to development best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web applications.

Provide technical leadership and oversee code quality through code reviews, development standards, and best practices.

Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET MVC, React, jQuery, Drupal, SharePoint, and related technologies.

Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server and Oracle database objects, including stored procedures and queries.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Travis CI, Cypress, and other automation tools.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, performance, and integration issues.

Ensure applications meet security, accessibility, and federal compliance requirements, including implementation of claims-based authentication and USWDS standards.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous process improvement and technical documentation.

Required Experience

With at least 4 years of experience with overseeing web development and ensuring quality control

With at least 5 years’ experience with grants and council-related applications

With at least 5 years’ experience with MVC 5, jQuery, and Nintex K2 automation

With at least 5 years’ experience with Drupal 8/9/10/11 in Azure, including DevOps automation with Cypress, Travis CI, and Jenkins/Azure DevOps Pipelines

With at least 5 years’ experience with SharePoint 2016/2019/SE/SPO

With at least 5 years’ experience writing stored procedures for both SQL Server and Oracle

With at least 3 years’ experience using React and the United States Web Design System (USWDS)

Experience with claims-based authentication

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Remote position. Candidates must reside and work from one of the following states: AZ, FL, KS, VA, KY, MO, TN, TX, or GA.
