Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional National Account Manager - CAST MARBLE to join our TEAM! As the National Account Manager, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support, such as researching and developing new Cast Marble and FF&E opportunities, collaborating with Arch Reps, Market Managers, RVP’s, Sales Reps, and BDM’s to identify new Cast Marble and FF&E account sales.

Develops new sales opportunities for Dal-Tile within the product segment by identifying and developing new strategic accounts and growing cast marble and FF&E business. Works closely with Hospitality Director to implement growth and development plans with accounts. Additionally, this role is accountable for identifying, researching, and developing a growth strategy for the fast-growing purchasing groups.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

Product & Category Management

Partner with sourcing and operations teams to manage supplier relationships, lead times, and quality standards

Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and pricing to keep the portfolio relevant and margin-healthy

Collaborate with marketing on product launches, specifications sheets, and segment-specific collateral

Sales & Business Development

Drive revenue growth across hospitality, healthcare, and senior living segments through direct selling and channel support

Identify, target, and close new accounts while maintaining and expanding existing relationships

Develop and execute a segment-specific go-to-market strategy for each vertical

Build and manage a pipeline of specified projects, tracking from early design through close

Engage architects, interior designers, and procurement teams to get cast marble specified at the project level

Represent the product at industry trade shows, events, and design center presentations

Support national accounts and regional sales teams with technical knowledge and customer-facing tools

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the internal subject matter expert on cast marble across all segments

Work with the broader sales organization to enable cross-sell opportunities - particularly into accounts where Daltile already holds flooring business

Coordinate with project management and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

Reporting & Performance

Track and report on segment revenue, pipeline health, and market share

Meet annual sales targets by vertical

Provide regular forecasting and market feedback to leadership

Required Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

4-6 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

2+ years’ experience in account management or field sales preferred.

Experience working with Market Managers, Planners, and Customer Service Personnel preferred.

Competencies:

Strong familiarity of Dal-Tile Product lines, knowledge of corporate product flow, manufacturing, sales and pricing structures.

Experience in applicable business segments and product category sales is preferred.

Exceptional capacity to connect with people quickly and desire to cultivate genuine relationships within the industry.

Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.

Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.

High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.

Other Pertinent Job Information:

The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
