The Sr. Specialist, Global Serialization ensures compliance with global serialization regulations across manufacturing and supply chain networks. This role serves as a domain expert for serialization solutions and collaborates with multi-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Labeling.

What you'll be doing

Manage daily activities for Baxter’s global serialization portfolio.

Support the assessment of new regulations and changes to existing requirements.

Lead small multi-functional projects to support compliance.

Resolve complex issues by engaging appropriate resources.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to get results.

Support manufacturing sites in maintaining serialization standards.

Act as business analyst to external software vendors.

Analyze data, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Develop, collect and improve key performance indicators.

What you'll bring

Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience providing operational and administrative support for projects in the medical products or pharmaceutical field for 3+ years.

Experience with validation/qualification and multi-site initiatives.

Proven familiarity with Systech and Optel serialization platforms (Levels 1–3) or similar systems.

Proficient in English and Spanish

Independent problem-solving and creative thinking.

Eye for business and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of serialization and compliance disciplines.
