Ondaro is looking for a talented and collaborative ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our growing ServiceNow team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between business needs and technical execution, responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving enterprise processes leveraging ServiceNow capabilities. You will help organizations optimize their workflows, translate complex business requirements into effective functional specifications, and drive continuous process improvements across the platform.
You will work closely with clients, technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions while ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and industry frameworks.
What you'll be doing:
Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify pain points and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirement Translation: Transform high-level business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
Workflow Design: Architect and design optimized, scalable workflows utilizing ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities.
Agile Delivery: Support product owners and delivery teams with backlog prioritization, refinement, and solution validation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Technical Architects and Developers to ensure functional designs align with platform best practices and technical feasibility.
What you'll bring to the table:
Process Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of ITSM and broader Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes.
ServiceNow Experience: Proven hands-on experience working with core ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, HRSD, and App Engine).
Facilitation Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading workshops, conducting interviews, and effectively gathering business requirements.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to bridge the gap between business needs and platform functionality, creating robust functional designs.
Best Practices: Solid familiarity with industry-standard frameworks, particularly ITIL (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus).
