Per ampliamento dell'organico, selezioniamo un/una Addetto/a alla selezione del personale per struttura di consulenza HR con sede a Rovigo, operativa su clienti PMI del territorio veneto.

Offerta e benefit:

retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.500-1.800 € (CCNL Commercio e Terziario)

contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi, finalizzato a tempo indeterminato

Formazione continua su tecniche di selezione e strumenti digitali

Buoni pasto giornalieri

affiancamento iniziale con team senior già operativo

Requisiti:

diploma di scuola superiore o percorso formativo in ambito risorse umane

buone capacità relazionali e attitudine all'ascolto attivo

organizzazione e gestione autonoma delle proprie scadenze
