Job Description
The purpose of this position is to correctly and timely report, identify, plan, and develop key financial measurements relevant to the business and to drive development of controlling practices in the organisation. Working in good cooperation with the Business Control team, Financial Control team, as well as front lines to support business operations such as sales and project management.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Monthly operative reporting according to the group policies and reconciliation processes
Monthly and quarterly forecasting, as well as annual and long-term business planning
Profit and loss and balance sheet analysis and reconciliation
Maintain and implement internal controls, develop best practices in the organisation
Assist with internal and external auditing
Customer credit limit management, new customers creation, and review of existing customers
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc activities
Support front line in financial related areas.
Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience in financial management or business controlling tasks
Expertise on project financials and project financial follow up
Experience in SAP FICO processes
Demonstrated experience working with various computer systems and programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Superior communication skills
Ability to plan work effectively
Superior organisational skills
Ability to work well both independently and in a team
Ability to work well under pressure.
