Senior IT Project Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Senior IT Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects that underpin our transformation – across POS, Network and Infrastructure, Marketing and CRM, and operational systems. You’ll also line manage a Junior IT Project Manager from day one, giving you real leadership responsibility from the outset.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You won’t always be handed a perfect brief – you’ll help shape it, bring clarity, and drive projects through to go-live and smooth BAU handover in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Owning projects from initiation through to go-live and BAU handover.

Line managing and developing a Junior IT Project Manager.

Working closely with stakeholders to turn evolving ideas into deliverable plans.

Running procurement and vendor selection, and managing supplier deliverables.

Managing governance, risks, issues and dependencies with pragmatism and pace.

Supporting change, adoption and real-world rollout across our restaurants.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience delivering IT transformation projects end-to-end.

Experience within hospitality or another multi-site, customer-facing business.

Experience line managing or mentoring junior project management resource.

Confidence working with ambiguity, pace and competing priorities.

Strong stakeholder, vendor and RFI/RFP management skills.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 environments.

Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile or another recognised methodology (certification desirable).
