Join a Growing Real Estate & Development Company

Invalesco Real Estate is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Social Media & Content Specialist to help tell the story of our company, our communities, and the developers we represent.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team where no two days are the same. You'll create content for approximately 10 different brands, including new home communities, affordable housing developments, real estate, and lifestyle brands across Colorado.

If you love creating engaging content, staying on top of social media trends, and bringing brands to life through storytelling, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Capture photo and video content at community events, broker tours, grand openings, open houses, and company events

Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software

Design graphics and marketing materials in Canva

Write engaging captions, social posts, and marketing copy

Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to our communities and target audiences

Develop monthly content calendars across approximately 10 brands

Schedule and publish content using social media management platforms (experience with Later is a plus)

Monitor engagement, analytics, and performance to continuously improve results

Collaborate with our marketing, sales, and development teams to promote communities throughout Colorado

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with experience in:

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

Canva

Basic photography and videography

Copywriting and storytelling

Social media analytics

Content planning and scheduling tools

Managing multiple brands while maintaining each brand's unique voice

Bonus Qualifications

Real estate, homebuilding, development, or housing industry experience

Experience using Later

Graphic design experience

Drone photography/videography

Experience covering live events and creating real-time social content
