Your Role
As the financial planning analyst, you are responsible for monthly reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, cash flow support, and preparation of performance review materials for finance leadership and business partners. You also support Power BI and other reporting tools, assists with financial and operational analysis, and helps improve reporting systems, dashboards, and processes to provide clear, actionable business insights.

Your day-to-day
Owns monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and preparation of performance review materials under the guidance of finance leadership.
Collaborates with the accounting team to gather financial data, reconcile reporting inputs, and support timely period-end reporting.
Reviews financial and operational metrics to identify trends, explain variances, and support business understanding.
Supports the use of Power BI and other reporting tools by maintaining basic reports, refreshing data, and assisting users with standard reporting needs.
Leads annual planning, monthly forecasting, cash flow tracking, and preparation of supporting schedules.
Maintains KPI reports, scorecards, and other performance tracking tools.
Your skills and experience
Minimum of three years of accounting experience with an aptitude for financial analysis, reporting, and business performance review.
Exposure to ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Greens Road office in Houston, Texas.
