We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 15 years of experience to drive endtoend business transformation initiatives leveraging the Salesforce platform The role requires strong expertise in stakeholder management requirement engineering process transformation and Salesforce solution design

The candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams ensuring alignment of CRM solutions with enterprise goals and delivering measurable business value interviewguycom interviewpreporg

Key Responsibilities

1 Business Analysis Solution Design

Lead requirement gathering analysis and documentation BRD FRD user stories torchoracom

Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud torchoracom

Perform fitgap analysis and recommend optimal CRM solutions aligned to enterprise architecture torchoracom

Design highlevel process flows wireframes and solution models

2 Stakeholder Program Management

Act as a primary liaison between business delivery and Salesforce technical teams torchoracom

Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and executivelevel discussions

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with strategic goals joobleorg

3 Salesforce Implementation Optimization

Drive endtoend Salesforce initiatives including configuration customization and enhancements interviewguycom

Ensure solutions meet business requirements and improve operational
