Role; Need an experienced MS BI Developer having 10+ years' experience in ETL, Data engineering Must have a proven track record in ETL development, PL/SQL programming, cloud data migration, and healthcare claims data processing, consistently delivering scalable, reliable data and BI solutions aligned to business objectives. Must be experienced in collaborating across cross-functional teams in Agile/Kanban environments, partnering with business analysts, consulting teams, and data architects to design, optimize, and modernize enterprise data pipelines and reporting solutions. Deep expertise spanning the full Microsoft data stack - SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks/Delta Lake, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS - with a strong foundation in data warehousing and dimensional modeling
