Typical Accountabilities
Serve as a country or regional expert by offering senior-level technical support and specialized knowledge to the Medical Affairs team and project stakeholders to drive change by leading transformative initiatives and ensuring best practices across the organization.
Deliver training sessions and disseminate best practices to foster the growth and skill enhancement of junior team members.
Contribute to the creation, refinement, and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure full regulatory compliance with both company guidelines and external legal frameworks.
Collaborate actively with senior colleagues in the Medical Affairs team to plan and execute strategic projects aligned with the organization's priorities.
Lead focused research initiatives and compile detailed internal reports, providing valuable insights during key stakeholder meetings.
Stay current with industry advancements and continuously promote the adoption of modern best practices within the team to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree; Thorough knowledge or experience within the pharmaceutical industry and Medical Affairs function.
Desirable: Advanced scientific degree; Understanding of multiple aspects of Medical Affairs; Project management experience; Experience in Rare Diseases.
