About Cover-More Europe

This role is part of our Cover-More Europe team. Cover-More Europe provides insurance solutions through a number of different customer-facing brands across travel, car hire, specialty, and pet sectors in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe. For more than twenty years, we have been delivering insurance policies through our distribution partnerships. We know what is important to our partners, and we deliver simple and seamless customer experiences based on our genuine commitment to protection and care.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support the delivery of annual plans, forecasts, and long-term financial projections

You’ll coordinate inputs from stakeholders, ensuring data consistency and accuracy

You’ll prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packs with clear variance analysis

You’ll analyse key financial drivers and provide insightful, easy-to-understand commentary

You’ll monitor KPIs, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders

You’ll deliver ad hoc financial analysis including scenario modelling and profitability assessments

You’ll support business cases with robust financial modelling and sensitivity analysis

You’ll ensure data quality, control, and reconciliation across financial reports and models

You’ll identify and drive improvements in reporting processes, tools, and automation

You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted finance partner

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

You’ll bring experience in FP&A, management reporting, or finance business partnering

You’ll demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail

You’ll have advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial models

You’ll be confident preparing reports and presenting insights to senior stakeholders

You’ll communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial audiences

You’ll be able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

You’ll be qualified or part-qualified (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)

You’ll demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

You’ll ideally have experience in financial services or a multinational environment

You’ll have exposure to systems such as SAP, Anaplan, or SunSystems

At Zurich Cover-More, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We are committed to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role and additional rewards may include short-term incentive bonuses and increases based on merit. If your salary expectations are not in line with the proposed salary published for this role, you are still encouraged to apply. The compensation shown reflects a national market range and the proposed salary range for this position is €57,000 – €77,000 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility of 10%.
