Experienced BDR (Inbound & Outbound) - Korea
About the role
We are looking for an experienced, first-on-the-ground BDR to drive outbound pipeline through both digital outreach, inbound and in-person events. You'll drive pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers across Korea. You'll serve as their first point of contact, conducting prospect research, initiating outreach, qualifying leads, and partnering with Sales to convert interest into revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop research and prospect target accounts across Korea.
Run personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels.
Attend and follow up on local industry events to generate and qualify leads.
Book meetings and support pipeline creation for the sales team.
Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in CRM.
Qualifications
2+ years of BDR/SDR or outbound and inbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS company / selling to software developers or engineers - a must.
Comfortable with both digital prospecting and in-person networking.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Based in, and willing to travel regularly within Korea.
Fluent level Korean and fluent English are required, for local market engagement.
*This is an IC role, located in Korea.
