Specialist, Product Management

This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia. What You'll Do Lead end to end delivery of product changes, coordinating across teams to implement updates in systems, documentation and customer communications with accuracy and pace . Ensure products meet regulatory and governance requirements by managing compliance activities, resolving risk events and maintaining robust controls across the product lifecycle . Liaise with Portfolio, Claims, Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand current challenges and future opportunities relating to our products and systems.

Reviewmarketingcontentto ensure products are clearly and accurately represented, protecting customer understanding and brand integrity. StrengthenInternalknowledge governance byvalidatingProductintentandUnderwriting guidelinesso teams can confidently support customers. Identifyopportunities to enhance products through market insights and competitor analysis, contributing ideas that improve customer value and business outcomes.
