OT Platform SME

15+ years of experience in OT architecture, grid operations technology, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation within utilities or asset-intensive industries.

Demonstrated experience architecting, implementing, upgrading and / or modernising electricity grid management platforms such as SCADA, EMS, ADMS, WAMS, MTA, DDLR, and DERMS.

Strong understanding of real-time grid operations, control room environments, telemetry, network models, operational data flows, and mission-critical platform resilience.

Experience with GE GridOS, PowerOn Advantage, eTerra or comparable leading grid management platforms, including platform architecture, integration, configuration, and transformation considerations.

Proven ability to translate business, operational, regulator y, and technology drivers into practical architecture roadmaps and executable transformation plans.

Experience in consulting, stakeholder advisory, presales support, solution shaping, and executive communication for complex utility transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

Deep knowledge of GE GridOS architecture, roadmap, modules, integration patterns, and deployment considerations.

Hands-on exposure to transmission and distribution platforms including SCADA, EMS, ADMS, WAMS, DERMS, outage management, market systems, and grid analytics.

Understanding of DER integration, dynamic line rating, distributed flexibility, grid edge orchestration, and energy transition use cases.

Familiarity with OT cybersecurity, critical infrastructure resilience, high availability, disaster recovery, and operational risk controls.

Ability to engage senior business, operations, engineering, technology, and vendor stakeholders with clear architecture narratives and outcome-led recommendations.
