This position is an Analyst, Valuation & Advisory Services role based out of our Downtown Toronto Office. This is a hybrid role.

In this role, you will…

Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments, tax searches and surveys market research and financial analysis.

Collect and organize market and property data.

Support the appraisal process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information you need to support your team.

Ability to perform thorough market research and engage with market participants.

Contribute to preparing appraisal reports working with your team.

What you’ll bring

Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your AACI designation.

An undergraduate degree.

An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience with Argus is an asset.

Approximate Compensation for this Role:

Annual salary range: $40,000 - $50,000

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
