Must Haves:

3+ years of experience in the Public Sector with developing complete Salesforce CRM solutions

5+ years of experience with Salesforce PSS Grantmaking or a closely related Salesforce cloud (e.g. Nonprofit Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud) Module

5+ years of experience with Agile SCRUM methodology

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, User Story creation and overall business requirements analysis documentation

3+ years of experience with Salesforce and 3rd party system integrations

Nice-to-have:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience (Highly preferred)

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Certification (an asset)

Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification (an asset)

Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or equivalent financial experience (optional)

Experience in healthcare, transfer payment administration, or public sector funding management processes

Background Information:

The Agency Regions and Sector Capacity and Performance (SCP) portfolios manage and allocate a considerable amount of healthcare resources, including funding, to various HSPs (Health Service Providers) and organizations such as hospitals, community providers, and long-term care facilities.

The role will be responsible for interfacing with the Agency Regions and Sector Capacity and Performance (SCP) business teams to complete analysis and develop the appropriate business requirements for the Funding Management System (FMS) project which is currently underway with a vendor leveraging the Salesforce CRM Grants Module. This role will be key in advising the business teams and collaboratively working with our vendor to ensure business needs are understood by the technical implementation team in an effort to build the appropriate system functionality. FMS will be one of the foundational solutions of our Enterprise CRM Roadmap as we continue to grow our CRM footprint at the Agency.

Responsibilities:

Funding Management System ongoing business requirements analysis and definition supporting the Agency Regions and Sector Capacity and Performance (SCP) portfolios in the completion of the Funding Management System including future projects and system enhancements.

Acting the single point of contact representing the Agency Regions and Sector Capacity and Performance (SCP) SMEs in the completion of the Funding Management System while collaborating with the vendor on:

Business Analysis/Requirements Gathering

Supporting the Development User Story refinement during the various Sprints

Supporting User Acceptance Testing

Participating in Sprint Reviews and Back Log management

Ensuring that the vendor business requirements are captured and completed in accordance with the Agency highest standards.

Supporting the business needs development of the Agency Enterprise CRM roadmap in partnership with various business stakeholders.

Deliverables Include:

Ability to communicate clearly with business SMEs and collaborate with vendor counterparts to analyse business needs, document and summarize business requirements with the goal to solve business problems and present the appropriate solutions leveraging the Salesforce CRM platform.

Ability to create business process flows and User Stories in Azure Dev Ops in support of designing and implementing Salesforce CRM solutions.

Ability to create business test cases to facilitate Salesforce CRM Funding Management System user testing.

Creation of appropriate business documentation artifacts in support of the Funding Management System pre go-live and post go-live

T4 RATE RANGE (7.25 billable hours per day)

$67.35/hr - $80.83/hr T4
