Walker & Sloan are working with an established independent property business to recruit an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and grow its residential lettings operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lettings professional looking to take ownership of a successful department, strengthen an existing landlord portfolio and drive further growth across the local market.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day lettings function while also playing a key role in generating new business and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out rental market appraisals and converting new instructions.

Developing new landlord relationships and maximising business opportunities.

Overseeing the full lettings process from instruction through to tenancy.

Supporting and mentoring members of the lettings team.

Ensuring all compliance and legislative requirements are met.

Monitoring departmental performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

Working closely with senior management to help achieve business objectives.

About You

Previous experience within residential lettings.

Experience conducting rental valuations and winning new business.

Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A positive, proactive and commercially focused approach.

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary DOE

Realistic OTE £50,000+
