About the role
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing digital transformation projects associated with global initiatives in AI and error proofing, ensuring effective implementation across sites.
Leading large capital projects including building expansion, capital investments, and future state technical capacity studies.
Coordinating capital and cost reduction programs across Reynosa, ensuring consistency, governance, and execution.
Driving alignment and execution of cross-site strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency, governance, and scalable results across all plants.
Governance of capital and cost reduction initiatives, leading and coordinating these programs across Reynosa to achieve defined financial, ROI and operational targets.
Creating and managing long-term goals and program roadmaps that support business growth, capacity expansion, and operational excellence.
Developing and managing program budgets and operating plans, including oversight of capital investments, cost savings, and financial performance.
Developing evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous improvement and execution excellence.
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization, aligning cross-functional efforts and resources.
Writing program funding proposals to support sustained execution of strategic initiatives.
Managing and providing direction to a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, cost, and team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure program and project goals are achieved across multiple sites.
Meeting with stakeholders, including site leadership, to ensure clear, transparent communication and alignment on project priorities and decisions.
Qualifications
Ability to integrate complex engineering, manufacturing, and business concepts into structured program management systems and processes.
Advanced knowledge of project cost management and forecasting, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and Baseline Change Control.
Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
Experience leading capital projects, cost reduction initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
Experience in metal-mechanic manufacturing environments highly desirable.
PMI certification preferred.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline.
8–10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs, capital investments, and cross-site initiatives.
APICS/CSCP certification a plus.
Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) certification preferred.
