Enterprise Services is Bloomberg’s client-facing organization responsible for driving client workflow success across trading, investment management, post-trade, and regulatory solutions. We partner closely with financial institutions across the region to help clients operate efficiently in increasingly complex and fast-moving markets.

In Brazil, our team supports clients across local and global markets, working at the intersection of technology, market structure, investment workflows, and electronic trading. We collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to deliver scalable solutions and high-quality client experiences.

Our São Paulo team is organized around primary workflow ownership, allowing specialists to develop deep expertise in a core area while gaining exposure to adjacent products, asset classes, and client workflows as the organization continues to evolve.

Language Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required

Spanish is a plus

What’s the Role?

We are hiring an Enterprise Services Specialist focused on Bloomberg’s buy-side investment management workflows across Latin America.

This role is centered on Bloomberg Asset and Investment Manager (AIM) and related investment management workflows. You will partner directly with portfolio managers, traders, compliance teams, operations professionals, and technology stakeholders to help clients manage and optimize their investment processes.

The specialist will develop expertise across portfolio management, order management, compliance, trading, and post-trade workflows while working directly with some of the region’s leading asset managers, wealth managers, family offices, pension funds, and institutional investors.

This is an opportunity to build deep knowledge of buy-side workflows, investment technology, and client operations while helping shape Bloomberg’s growing Enterprise Services presence in Latin America.

What You’ll Do

Manage client inquiries, workflow challenges, and production issues across Bloomberg’s buy-side investment management solutions

Investigate and resolve issues impacting portfolio management, order management, compliance, trading, and operational workflows

Develop expertise across AIM and related investment management solutions

Partner closely with clients to understand operational workflows, business requirements, and adoption challenges

Participate in discussions focused on workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and client success

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to improve workflow outcomes and client experience

Identify recurring workflow challenges, operational risks, and opportunities for process improvement

Create and maintain internal documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing resources

Contribute to onboarding, training, and knowledge development across the team

Partner with clients across Brazil and Latin America to drive workflow success and operational efficiency

You’ll Need to Have

Experience in financial services, asset management, investment operations, fintech, production support, workflow support, or related environments

Understanding of investment management workflows and the trade lifecycle

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders

Ability to quickly learn and adapt across products, workflows, and technologies

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Fluency in Portuguese and English

We’d Love to See

Experience supporting or using an OMS, EMS, PMS, or related investment management platform

Exposure to portfolio management, compliance, trading, middle-office, or back-office workflows

Familiarity with Bloomberg products such as AIM, PORT, FXGO, EMSX, or related platforms

Exposure to APIs, FIX connectivity, data integrations, or workflow automation

Experience supporting clients in production environments

Spanish language skills
