Senior Tax Analyst

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Tax Analyst to join our Global Finance Team in the in Belo Horizonte office.

About the role:

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Ausenco’s Brazilian tax activities while collaborating with regional and global teams.

You will:

Support the preparation and coordination of Brazilian tax compliance obligations, including direct and indirect taxes

Participate in tax reporting processes, including tax provisions and group reporting

Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payments, and documentation in coordination with internal teams and external advisors

Assist with tax audits, tax authority queries, and related documentation

Support the implementation of Brazilian tax reform and related process and system changes

Deliver tax analysis and insights to support business activities, contracts, and transactions

Facilitate collaboration between Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Operations teams on tax-related matters

Maintain strong tax governance practices, documentation, and process improvements

Participate in selected regional and global tax projects and initiatives

About you:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is eager to develop within a global environment.

You will bring:

3–5 years of experience in tax compliance, reporting, or advisory

Solid knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations (direct and indirect taxes)

Experience working with tax filings, audits, or reporting processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proficient English level (essential for communication with global teams)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, or a related field
